Booker in Ipswich is seeking a Nighttime Transport Supervisor to oversee a busy delivery operation, lead drivers and pickers, and drive efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will manage compliance, safety, and vehicle roadworthiness, communicate key information, and uphold brand standards through excellent service. CPC is desirable and experience in warehouse/transport is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a small to medium sized team in warehouse or transport.
• Experience working in a customer focused environment.
• Management CPC would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Delivered Department is compliant with company policy and procedures.
• Communicate key management information to all relevant team members.
• Maintain a safe working environment; report Health & Safety concerns.
• Promote brand image through product knowledge and strong customer service.
• Support the delivery manager to ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and compliant.
• Plan and coordinate to complete tasks efficiently.
