Job summary

AO Retail Limited is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support our busy operations. You will report to the Nightshift Supervisors and work effectively in a fast-paced team to ensure correct loading/unloading of appliances and accurate vehicle handovers.

The role emphasises safe handling, adherence to H&S training, and reliable collaboration with colleagues. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload products from trailers and load onto delivery vehicles using the correct process.
• Assign products to delivery vehicles using pick sheets.
• Check trailers heading back to Head Office are loaded correctly.
• Use manual handling techniques and safe systems of work per H&S training.
• Handle large appliances and perform heavy manual handling when required.
• Report accidents, product issues or damages.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
