Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Support Worker for a learning disabilities home in Lowestoft, Suffolk. The role is a permanent, full-time night position (36 hours per week) within a luxury setting that supports individuals with learning disabilities or autism to progress to independent living.

You must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care and demonstrate empathy, strong time management, and decision-making ability.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care is required.
• Experience delivering care and support to residents.
• Strong empathy and caring attitude towards residents.

Responsibilities

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting well-being and providing high-quality care to residents.
• Assist with daily tasks including personal care and companionship.
