Job summary

Arnold Clark Group is seeking a Nightshift Smart Repairer in Chesterfield to maintain high standards on our vehicle stock. You will work the night shift, typically 7.30pm to 7am, Monday to Thursday, in a 44-hour week, with opportunities for salary reviews and ongoing training.

The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, capable of working independently while delivering meticulous repairs on our stock vehicles.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Smart repair and spray painting experience.
• Excellent eye for detail.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Willingness to work on your own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for paintwork (masking included).
• Carry out minor damage repairs on stock vehicles.
• Polish to remove defects from paintwork.
• Mix paint and apply to vehicles.
• Apply paint products to a high standard.
