You will join an established team of maintenance engineers who provide reactive, preventative, and improvement maintenance to the production team and advise on equipment capabilities. This is a maintenance role involving fault finding, solving equipment issues, and electrical and mechanical component replacement. You will be encouraged to present your own ideas for improvement and lead projects you believe will benefit the production facility. This is a night shift position with no weekend work.What you'll need to succeed
Experience in industrial maintenance is essential, along with the ability to work on a night shift basis. A qualification in engineering is required, and you must be able to work independently or as part of a team.What you'll get in return
Working night shifts during the week only. Excellent hourly rate, bringing the package to circa £50,000 plus the opportunity to earn overtime if desired. Additionally, with the development of their own machines and improvement projects, you will gain experience with equipment and processes not seen elsewhere and develop unique skills.
