Job summary

Qualifications

• Experiences in overseeing fabrication operations; leadership and team supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Strong focus on health & safety and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fabrication operations to deliver projects safely, efficiently, on time and to required quality.
• Plan resources, coordinate labour and equipment, interpret fabrication drawings and monitor progress.
• Lead inductions, toolbox talks, inspections and ensure compliance with company procedures.
