Job summary

First Bus Slough Depot is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for nightshift to lead the maintenance and servicing of the Slough fleet. You will allocate work, supervise technicians, and contribute to fleet reliability while supporting the Engineering Manager.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, is IT literate, holds an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a mechanical field, and holds a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant mechanical field.
• Knowledge of safe operation of workshop equipment.
• UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and servicing of the Slough fleet.
• Allocate planned and unplanned work across the team to meet operational needs.
• Develop talent within the team and participate in disciplinary/absence reviews.
