Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Edinburgh – Part Time

Shift pattern: 4 on, 4 off – 9:30pm to 5:00am

Hours: 24.5 per week

Pay: £15.87 per hour

Location: Edinburgh city centre – easy access by public transport

Responsibilities:

• Lead the cleaning team to deliver a spotless, professional service
• Train new team members and support their development
• Maintain high standards across restrooms, kitchens, and offices
• Monitor supplies and escalate maintenance issues
• Follow all safety and hygiene procedures

Qualifications:

• Cleaning experience (supervisory experience is a bonus)
• A positive, hands-on approach
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
