Job Details

• Job Title: Nightshift Cleaner
• Hourly Rate: £12.99
• Position Type: Permanent, Full Time
• Weekly Hours: 37.5
• Shift Pattern: Night Shift (Sunday to Thursday)
• Location: The Scottish Parliament, Holyrood Road, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH99 1SP

Role Responsibilities

1. Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all SLAs.
2. Build knowledge of the cleaning area, including work schedules and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, following Health and Safety requirements.
3. Complete all necessary training to deliver the cleaning role effectively.
4. Work within a team and independently, building positive relationships with customers and delivering excellent customer service.
5. Seek continuous improvement and exceed expectations in service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

1. Ability to communicate and read basic English.
2. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
3. Flexible approach to work.
4. Be open, honest, self-driven, and determined.
5. Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
