Job summary

Moto at Cobham Services is hiring a Nights Team Member to work 11:30pm–7:30am, Wednesday to Sunday, earning £16.36 per hour. You’ll greet customers, prepare hot food and beverages, and uphold brand standards throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and assist with orders.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Produce hot food, baked goods and beverages.
• Maintain brand standards and clean, welcoming workspace.
• Resolve customer inquiries with a positive approach.
• Restock displays to ensure product availability.

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork

• Helping prepare the store and kitchen,ready for the following days trade
