Atlas Hotels is hiring a Nights Team Member at the Holiday Inn Express Swindon. This role offers 32 hours across 4 days and pays £13.60 per hour, with no essential prior hotel experience required as we can teach you what you need to know.

You’ll greet guests, check them in and out, and support night audits and safety checks to keep everyone safe. The team is friendly, enthusiastic and guest-focused, with opportunities to grow within our network.

Qualifications

• No prior hotel experience required; training provided.
• Candidate must be 18 or over for bar service.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• 32 hours per week across 4 days.

So what does a Nights Team Member do?

• Providing a warm 'Atlas welcome' to guests will be at the heart of what you do
• Want some variety? No day (or night!) is the same in our hotels. You could be checking guests in and out on reception, serving behind the bar (so you will need to be 18 or over), cooking food in the kitchen ready for breakfast service or setting up our meeting rooms
• You will undertake night audits and corridor checks to make sure everyone in our hotels are safe and well looked after through the night
