Warner Hotels is seeking a Night Team Member to help deliver excellent guest service on our reception desk during night hours. You will join a supportive team and work with the Night Supervisor to ensure the hotel's smooth operation overnight.

The role focuses on guest satisfaction, willingness to learn, and contributing to a positive atmosphere across the hotel. Training, development opportunities, and employee perks support your growth and well-being.

Responsabilités

• Deliver great customer service on reception during night shifts.
• Assist with the smooth running of the hotel at night alongside the Night Supervisor.
• Provide friendly, proactive guest interactions to ensure a welcoming environment.

Up to £13.21 per hour (dependent on your age)
