Job summary

Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport (M4/J4) is seeking a Nights Team Member for a fixed-term contract. You’ll help overnight guests feel safe and cared for, using calm customer service and problem-solving skills to resolve issues. Immediate start and no prior experience needed.

The role is based at Heathrow (M4/J4), 35 hours a week, with pay up to £14.16 per hour for night shifts. Whitbread benefits and pension schemes are highlighted in the staff program.

We're currently recruiting in our Heathrow Airport M4/J4 Premier Inn. Working 35 hours per week, paying up to £13.86 per hour.

Nights Team Member – London Heathrow Airport (M4/J4) – (Premier Inn/hub) Hotel

Come and be a Nights Team Member at Premier Inn in London Heathrow Airport (M4/J4). As the go-to for our hotel overnight guests, use your calm personality to ensure their safety and your customer service skills to help them rest easy and get that good night’s sleep with us. Immediate start, no experience needed.

PAY RATE:

Up to £14.16 per hour - night shift

CONTRACT TYPE:

Fixed term contract with an end date of 25/02/2027

HOURS:

35 hours per week
