Premier Inn Frome is seeking a Nights Team Member to look after our hotel and guests overnight. You will bring a calm, friendly approach and strong customer service to ensure guests sleep well and feel safe throughout the night.

This fixed-term contract runs until January 2027. Immediate start and no prior experience required, with training and benefits including the Whitbread scheme, breakfast for two, and staff discounts.

Job Description

We're currently recruiting in our Frome location. Working 21 hours per week, paying up to £13.66 per hour.

Come and be a Nights Team Member at Premier Inn in Frome . As the go‑to for our hotel overnight guests, use your calm personality to ensure their safety and your customer service skills to help them rest easy and get that good night’s sleep with us. Immediate start, no experience needed.

PAY RATE:

Up to £13.66 per hour - night shift

CONTRACT TYPE:

Fixed Term Contract until January 2027 – we don’t do zero hours contracts! Over 18s only.

HOURS:

21 hours per week
