Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a Nights Support Worker to provide dedicated care at The Old Vicarage, a specialist residential service for adults with learning disabilities. You will work 40 hours per week across 4x12 hour night shifts, nights only, delivering compassionate support and safeguarding across the night shift.

Salary starts at £13.15/hour with a raise to £13.45 after 3 months, and a DBS check is required. The role offers flexibility and opportunities for overtime and development.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and team-working abilities.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check.
• Experience in caring for adults with learning disabilities beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required
