Job summary

Holly House Veterinary Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic Nights Registered Veterinary Nurse for a 12-month contract, based at our Moor Town hospital. You will work 7pm–6am, four nights on, eight nights off, joining a supportive team led by the night vet to deliver high‑quality care.

We offer diverse casework with access to advanced diagnostics and a Nurse Graduate Programme, plus a Nurse Academy path for continued professional development and progression within our practice.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS.
• Experience in clinical practice with medical and surgical nursing.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to inpatients and outpatients.
• Assist veterinary surgeons with medical and surgical procedures.
• Conduct routine laboratory tests and monitor patient status.
• Support emergencies and ensure smooth ward duties.
