St Martins Lane London and Sanderson London, part of Morgans Originals, are seeking a Night Front Desk Agent to welcome guests during late hours, oversee overnight check-ins and check-outs, and ensure every guest feels safe, seen and supported.

This role requires coordinating with housekeeping, security, and early-morning teams, maintaining calm in the lobby, completing night audit tasks, and delivering a warm, professional service through the night.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk or night audit experience, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
• Guest-first mindset with a reassuring, professional presence.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Comfort with hotel systems and basic financial procedures.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
