Job Title – Nights Production Team Leader (Night Shift Team Leader / Production Shift Leader)

Location – Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire (SA62)

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 (DOE)

Shift: Night Shift | 40 hours per week

Job Role – The Nights Production Team Leader role is a key leadership position responsible for keeping production running smoothly through the night while ensuring the site is clean, compliant, and fully prepared for the next day’s start-up. The Nights Production Team Leader will lead a team of Multi‑Skilled Operatives, drive standards across the production areas, and act as the decision‑maker and escalation point throughout the night shift. The Nights Production Team Leader will join a fast‑paced FMCG manufacturing business on a major growth site, offering stability, training, and genuine long‑term progression as the operation scales. The Nights Production Team Leader position is ideal for someone hands‑on, motivated, and confident leading from the front while supporting performance, hygiene, and equipment readiness.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements of “Nights Production Team Leader” – must have:

• Experience within production as a Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor
• Manufacturing experience

Desirable requirements of “Nights Production Team Leader”:

• Experience operating and monitoring production machinery/equipment
• Ability to create rotas and ensure coverage for business‑critical tasks
• Strong communication skills for handbacks, task reporting, and escalation
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, support basic fault‑finding, and reduce downtime through proactive action
