Job description

If you are an experienced construction manager within infrastructure and commercial builds, this may be the job role for you!

We are currently sourcing a manager who is willing to work night shifts for the next year. The shift pattern is 1800-0600, with 4 nights on followed by 4 nights off. Please note that this may include weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the construction process effectively.
2. Develop and mentor the construction delivery team.
3. Maintain and promote health and safety standards.
4. Manage project timelines and communicate with stakeholders.

What we need from you

1. Extensive experience in construction and site management.
2. SMSTS certification.
3. CSCS card.
4. First Aid certification.
5. Ability to pass SC clearance or already possess it.
