Silvercrest Care Homes in South Wales is seeking energetic and compassionate Care Assistants to join our bank/relief night teams. No formal experience required as full training and induction are provided, with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing care and support to residents in our home.
• Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, mealtime support, and mobility.
• Monitoring and recording residents' physical and emotional well-being.
• Engaging in activities with residents to promote socialization and mental and emotional stimulation.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Collaborating with the care & nursing team to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
