Job summary

All Care Ltd in Southampton is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to help older adults live independently in their own homes across Southampton, Hedge End and Eastleigh. You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily living, meals, light chores and shopping, and offer companionship to clients.

No prior care experience is required as full training is provided. A valid UK driving licence is preferred to support travel between client homes and flexible shift options are available to fit

About the Role As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Southampton area helping them regain independence in their own homes.
