Zusammenfassung

Convene is seeking a London-based operational lead to manage evening shifts at our Bishopsgate venue. You will oversee venue security, lead on-site teams, and handle maintenance and room setups to ensure premium guest experiences for every event.

You’ll supervise housekeeping and facilities, coordinate with external contractors, and drive health & safety compliance while maintaining top-tier standards across all spaces.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of audio-visual equipment and troubleshooting.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service focus with a proactive approach.

Aufgaben

• Assist with closing the venue and conduct quality inspections across the building.
• Log faults/repairs in the maintenance database and coordinate with facilities.
• Monitor and communicate with external contractors and schedule visits.
• Perform minor maintenance and ensure high maintenance standards throughout the building.
• Oversee housekeeping, security, and health & safety procedures.
