Kent County Council is recruiting a Night Reception Centre Worker for Oak Manor in Cranbrook. You will work with Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking children aged 16-17, supporting routines, setting goals, and contributing to a learning culture within the reception centre.

This role requires a Full UK Driving Licence, offers a competitive salary, 29 days annual leave and the local government pension scheme. The post involves weekend coverage and night shifts, 9:30 pm to 8:30 am.

• Experience of working with UAS children in a residential setting.
• Ability to manage routines and set goals for young people.
• Good timekeeping and documentation during shift work.
