• Role: Night Young People Support Worker (Maternity Cover)
• Location: Brixton, London
• Contract: Full Time, 12 Months Fixed Term
• Hours: 37.5 hours/week
• Salary: £27,636 per annum plus pension and benefits

About The Role

As a Night Support Worker, you will work under the guidance of the service manager to maintain a safe, supportive environment for vulnerable clients aged 16-25 with complex needs in homelessness accommodation. Responsibilities include risk assessments, safeguarding, supporting client transition, and collaborating with external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safety through risk assessments and safety checks.
• Safeguard client wellbeing using safeguarding procedures.
• Work with external agencies respecting data protection protocols.
• Prepare accommodation for new clients and support their settling in.
• Participate in training and team meetings.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
• Perform additional duties as directed.
