Job summary

Gather + Gather is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee Inspire's catering and service operations on a part-time basis (10 hours per week) in the UK. You will ensure kitchens and counters run smoothly while delivering exceptional food experiences and high service standards.

You will lead catering teams, monitor KPIs, and liaise between customers and the culinary/service teams. The role offers development prospects within a supportive employer and a strong commitment to health

Qualifications

• Two years of catering experience or more.
• Experience supervising teams in a catering setting.
• Holder of a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill.

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Inspire on a part time basis, contracted to 10 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

Our Ideal Catering Supervisor Will

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
• Have a minimum of two years of catering experience
• Have experience managing teams in a similar role
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
