Job summary

CH&CO, part of Compass Group UK&I, invites applications for a part-time Catering Supervisor to oversee Inspire catering and service operations in Rugby. You will manage kitchens and service counters, delivering high-quality food experiences and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent CH&CO, a part of Compass Group UK&I, and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and support our teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Inspire on a part time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences.
