Job summary

Optime Group is recruiting for a Shift Supervisor for a leading logistics operation in Manchester. You will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, guide teams, allocate workloads and help achieve operational targets while maintaining high service levels.

Full DHL training is provided. The role is 37.5 hours per week with an initial 7.5-hour shift from 20:00 to 06:00. Flexibility to cover a 5-day-from-7-day rota is required, and immediate start is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Proven track record managing teams in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities and teams.
• Allocate workloads and monitor performance.
• Ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations.
• Support goods-in, goods-out, picking, packing and dispatch functions.
• Maintain records and reports using warehouse management systems.
• Contribute to performance, compliance and operational reporting.
