Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Operative for our Bawtry site (DN11 9HE). This hands-on role involves picking, packing and dispatching orders, with safe stock handling and teamwork to meet deadlines. Shifts run 37.5 hours per week across 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Strong organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible, positive can-do attitude and willingness to support the team.
• Experience operating MHE is desirable; training provided for right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and sort customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Load/unload and handle stock safely, lifting up to 25kg.
• Operate HLOP and PPT or similar equipment following safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organised workspace through good housekeeping.
• Collaborate with the team to meet productivity targets and deadlines.
