Job summary

Culina Group in Haverhill is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative for our night-time Nights Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This hands-on role focuses on picking stock, moving stock safely, accurately, and efficiently as part of a dependable team.

The position is full-time, permanent, 12-hour night shifts (4 on/4 off) including weekends, from 19:00 to 07:00. Work in a chilled warehouse at 2–4°C.

Responsibilities

• Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance
• Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse
• Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
