Job summary

Ultrapharm, part of the Finsbury Food Group, is seeking a Warehouse Despatch Operator for night shifts to join our Warehouse & Logistics team in Pontypool. You will pick, pack, and despatch orders, operate a Counterbalance Forklift, and maintain accurate stock records using M3.

Working the 7:00pm–7:00am night shift, you will be organized, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team, maintaining high standards of safety and food hygiene while meeting daily targets.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence.
• Previous experience in a warehouse/despatch/logistics environment.
• Comfortable using warehouse IT systems and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for despatch.
• Safely load/unload vehicles using warehouse equipment (Counterbalance forklift).
• Use M3 Warehouse Management System to process orders and maintain stock records.
