Job summary

Coastway Vets Brighton is seeking a part-time Night Veterinary Surgeon to join our ER and medicine team at the RCVS accredited, purpose-built Brighton Veterinary Hospital. The role offers a varied caseload, a strong work-life balance and a supportive night team.

We provide extensive facilities and CPD, with 4 on 20 off shifts (7pm–9am), sole charge with full ward handover, and progression into a busy, friendly hospital focused on exceptional animal care.

Qualifications

• Part-time night role focused on Emergency and Critical Care.
• Active interest in Emergency and Critical Care.
• RCVS accredited hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Sole charge with full ward handover to ensure optimal communication.
• Night duties with a busy medicine and emergency caseload.
• Hand over to the day team and support branches as needed.
