Job summary

Blue Cross UK is seeking a fully qualified Veterinary Nurse to join the London Victoria Animal Hospital night team. The role involves providing overnight nursing, triage, and critical care to a wide range of small animal patients, ensuring a high standard of care in a 24/7 setting.

You will work a 7 nights on, 14 nights off rota, with shifts from 18:30–06:30 or 20:00–08:00, collaborating closely with an on-site veterinary surgeon and fellow nurses.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Veterinary Nurse and registered with RCVS.
• Experience in emergency service and critical care nursing.
• Night shifts in a veterinary practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight nursing to support 24/7 service at London Victoria Animal Hospital.
• Deliver high standards of patient care, including emergency and critical care.
• Work within a small night team to ensure smooth clinical operations.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to triage and treat patients.
