Rowe Vets in Bradley Stoke is seeking an enthusiastic OOH Nurse to join our 24‑hour veterinary hospital. You’ll deliver high‑quality nursing care overnight and support emergency and referral cases within a supportive team.

We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse with RCVS registration and strong communication skills. The role offers a full‑time, night‑shift schedule (8pm–8am, 7 on/7 off) and a comprehensive benefits package.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated OOH Nurse to join our team at Rowe Vets on a full-time basis.

Rowe Vets, Bradley Stoke is a busy 24-hour veterinary hospital and referral centre based in Bristol and can offer the most advanced treatment options available for orthopaedic, soft tissue, ophthalmology and internal medicine cases. We have all imaging facilities with access to MRI.

We have dedicated team of Referral clinicians, RVNs and Support teams & you would be working alongside a dedicated OOHs team. As part of our team, you will be providing high quality nursing care to a variety of cases in all disciplines & support our referral cases.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a OOH Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.

Working as part of our out-of-hours and hospital team, you will be responsible for providing overnight care to inpatients, monitoring patients, supporting emergency cases and ensuring the hospital operates safely and effectively throughout the night.

Working Pattern

• * 38.5 hours per week
• * Monday-Sunday 8pm - 8am working 7 on 7 off

General Responsibilities

• * Providing high-quality nursing care to hospitalised patients overnight
• * Ensuring patients are comfortable and their needs are met throughout the night
• * Supporting emergency and critical care cases
• * Monitoring and assessing patients, recognising changes in condition and escalating concerns appropriately
