What you’ll do

As a Night Valet Attendant, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

• Responsible for collecting and processing guest laundry, dry cleaning, pressing, and employee uniforms to ensure excellent service.
• Creating lifelong memories for our guests through skillful service and attention to detail.
• Providing shoeshine services using high-quality products.
• Handling packing, unpacking, quality checks, room moves, and flexible tasks during your shift, including washing face cloths and uniforms.
• Responding to special guest requests, such as room setups and valet storage.
• Communicating with other departments and reporting to the Night Duty Managers.
• Showing flexibility and creativity in dealing with guest requests and challenges.
• Handing over duties to the morning shift and receiving handovers from the evening shift.
• Carrying out specific housekeeping requests as needed during the night.

The operational hours are shift-based, currently from 23:00 to 07:30, Monday to Sunday.
