Job summary

Stobart (part of Culina Group) is seeking a Transport Shift Manager to lead a busy operation in Doncaster. You will report to the Transport Manager and help shape short to long-term resource plans, ensuring KPI targets and legal compliance are met.

The role is full time, 4 on 4 off nights (18:00–06:00) with a salary of £38,000 per annum. You will oversee dispatch, driver performance, safety policies, and depot audits to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in transport operations and KPI delivery.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Understanding of health and safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the MWF team to ensure compliant resource planning and efficient use of drivers and equipment.
• Own and monitor dispatch and de-brief processes to meet performance standards.
• Support driver workforce and ensure accurate records and licence validation.
