Culina is seeking a Transport Shift Manager - Nights to lead a busy transport operation in a UK-wide network. You will collaborate with the Myworkforce team, manage drivers, ensure KPI targets, and uphold safety and compliance across the night shift.

Working 4 on 4 off nights, 18:00-06:00, you will drive performance, oversee recruitment during peaks, and coordinate with site management to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Transport & Logistics industry.
• Experience in resource planning and KPI delivery.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety processes.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Myworkforce team to ensure compliance and cost-effective driver utilization.
• Own and monitor driver de-briefing to meet performance standards.
• Manage driver workforce ensuring legal compliance and record-keeping.
• Drive KPI performance and safety policies in transport operations.
• Support daily operations and respond to urgent queries.
• Assist site management to address performance issues promptly.
• Oversee recruitment to cover peaks.
• Escalate accidents and ensure reporting to HS team.
