The Role

Our client, a well-established transport and logistics business based in Kirkby (L33), is seeking a Night Transport Planner to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with transport planning or logistics experience to join a busy, fast-paced operation. Working as part of the transport team, you will support the planning function to ensure the efficient overnight operation of the fleet. You'll liaise with drivers and customers, respond to operational issues as they arise, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

• Able to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workloads.

Desirable Experience

• Experience using TOPS (container transport system).
• Experience using various Vehicle Booking Systems (VBS).
