Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics Limited in Warrington is seeking a Nights Transport Operator to coordinate collections and deliveries, optimise driver hours, and communicate with internal and external customers. You will monitor loads, allocate resources, and maintain safety and service standards.

The role requires knowledge of transport regulations, IT systems, and strong teamwork to ensure on-time performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Highway Code, EU tachograph requirements and Working Time Regulations.
• Experience with transport operation systems and route planning.
• Geography knowledge relevant to Warrington and surrounding area.
• Health and safety regulations awareness.
• Relevant transport experience and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage driver hours by authorising weekly timesheets.
• Ensure driver staffing levels meet customer requirements.
• Track status of drivers/vehicles to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Communicate delays and service issues to customers promptly.
• Coordinate handovers and load sheets between teams.
• Support continuous improvements in operations.
