Night Team Leader Cramlington Upto £14 per hour 35 Hours per week

The Role:

Main Purpose:

  • To contribute to and be responsible for providing quality social and vocational support services for service users within a specified group at a specific location or group of locations.
  • To lead, supervise, and develop support workers to ensure the needs of service users are met according to their support plans, company policies, and regulatory standards.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation.
  • Provide line management to a team of staff within designated locations.
  • Travel as required to support other locations within the division.
  • Ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely, following good practice.
  • Maintain and report on environment and resources, reporting issues promptly.
  • Use computer systems effectively for data management and reporting.
  • Promote service user choice, rights, and inclusion to help meet their goals and outcomes.
