Job summary

Cambian Group Plc is seeking Residential Team Leaders to care for children and young people in our complex trauma services. You will lead by example, support a diverse home environment, and contribute to a safe, family-oriented atmosphere for the children.

Shifts include long hours and sleep-ins on a rota basis; driving is essential due to locations of the homes. Applicants must have at least six months' experience in children's residential care and hold a relevant Level 3 qualification.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older due to Ofsted regulations.
• Six months' experience in children's residential care.
• Relevant Level 3 qualification for the role.

Responsibilities

• Meet the needs of the Children and Young People in line with Ofsted regulations.
• Plan team rotas to support the Deputy and home manager in meetings and appointments.
• Assist the Registered Manager/Deputy Manager with all aspects of the Statement of Purpose.
