Elysium Healthcare Limited is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker at Ewell Road House in Surbiton. You’ll support people with learning disabilities and autism, helping them on their recovery pathway toward a valued, fulfilled life.

Join an inclusive, supportive team in a permanent, part-time role (30 hours/week) on nights (Fri–Sun, 9:30pm–7:30am). We offer training, development, and a comprehensive benefits package to support your wellbeing and career goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings preferred.
• Empathy, reliability and teamwork.
• Ability to work night shifts.

• Provide care to people with learning disabilities and autism.
• Maintain a positive, compassionate and vigilant approach in a challenging environment.
• Work night shifts, Fri–Sun, 9:30pm–7:30am.
