Job summary

The YOU Trust is recruiting a Night Support Worker to join the Learning Disabilities Service in Waterlooville. You will provide safe, person-centred support to help clients manage daily tasks and maintain independence in a Supported Living setting.

We offer permanent, part-time night shifts (21:45–07:15) with an average of 13.5 hours per week and overtime opportunities. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting people with a variety of needs including personal care, money management, accessing the community and household chores
• Good communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, and written
• Good IT Skills

• Provide safe, person-centred support to boost independence and help clients live their lives as they want
• Every day is different; be flexible, patient, caring and kind
• Support clients in a Learning Disabilities Service in Waterlooville to live independently in a Supported Living setting
