The You Trust is seeking a Night Support Worker in Havant to join our Learning Disabilities Service in Waterlooville, Hampshire. The role involves providing safe, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities during night shifts and helping them live as independently as possible.

You will work with a compassionate team to promote wellbeing, safety, and meaningful activity while maintaining high professional standards.

Job description

Night Support Worker

Location: Waterlooville, Hampshire

Salary: £13,245 plus £750 night allowance per year (£26,490 + £1,500 night allowance FTE)

Permanent, Part Time (2 positions available)

This role is 2 night shifts a week (1 x position is Friday & Saturday nights & 1 x position Sunday and Monday nights)

The Role:

We're recruiting for a Night Support Worker to join our Learning Disabilities Service in Havant. This is a great chance to help clients with learning disabilities manage different parts of their lives in a Supported Living setting.

Your role is to provide safe, person-centred support to boost our clients independence and help them live their lives the way they want to.

You need to be professional and proactive in all that you do, with a motivational, encouraging and supportive approach with clients and colleagues alike.
