The National Autistic Society is offering a Night Support Worker role at Merlewood House in Great Harwood. You will support autistic adults according to their care plans and daily routines, helping them live their best lives.

This part-time night shift (33.25 hours per week) requires flexibility, safeguarding checks, and a caring, reliable approach. Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential; training and ongoing support are provided.

• Inspire others with a positive attitude towards supporting vulnerable people.

• Personal experience or a passion for helping others is welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts).
