Job summary

Camphill Village Trust seeks a Waking Nights Support Worker to assist People We Support at Botton Village, Danby, North Yorkshire. This role focuses on autonomous, person-centred support during night hours, helping individuals fulfil independence with dignity.

You will monitor conditions, administer medication when needed, update care plans, and liaise with social workers and families while staying awake for the full shift. Driving license and own vehicle are highly beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of care during night hours.
• Ability to work autonomously and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Complete monitoring sheets for temperatures, medication cabinet checks, and health charts.
• Assist with personal care while respecting dignity and privacy.
