Voyage Care is seeking a Female Waking Night Support Worker for St Albans. Typical shifts are 21:00–07:00, 3 nights per week totaling 30 hours. The role focuses on helping residents gain independence, providing compassionate personal care, and supporting community access in a friendly residential setting.

Our residential service in St Albans is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support at music and art therapy, attending themed parties or afternoon tea, even having BBQ’s and picnics.
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
