Voyage Care in Slimbridge (Roselea) is seeking a compassionate Night Support Worker to join a dynamic team. You will work 21:30–7:30, Monday to Sunday, helping residents gain independence through daily living activities, personal care and social engagement.

We offer enhanced night pay, overtime premiums, and a range of benefits including a Blue Light Card, access to wellbeing support, career development and long service awards. All applicants will undergo DBS checks and references.

Night Support Worker

Location: Roselea in Slimbridge - Please be aware the buses are not regular to Slimbridge from most areas

Payrate:£13.34 ph (this includes the night enhancement)

Shifts: 21:30 - 7:30 between Monday and Sunday

Contract: 40hrs

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
