Night Support Worker - Learning Disabilities Service

£11.50 per hour

30-hour or 40-hour contracts available

Location: Sleaford, NG34 8YU

Are you kind, compassionate, or empathetic? No experience required.

Whether you have been a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Carer previously, or you come from a retail, hospitality, warehouse, cleaning, customer service, or admin background, we will provide ongoing training and support to you throughout your career with us.

Do you have patience and a sense of humour? Working as a care assistant or Support Worker isn’t always the easiest job, but we promise that it will be one of the most rewarding.

  • A salary increase to £11.65 once you have completed our paid-for-care certificate (an industry-recognised qualification)
  • A salary increase to £11.80 on completion of a paid-for Level 2-3 NVQ qualification (an industry-recognised qualification)
