Spark of Genius is seeking a Residential Childcare Worker for night shifts in Newmilns. You will help young people with daily routines, support learning, and monitor wellbeing using electronic records. A full UK driving licence is required and sponsorship is not available.
Salary ranges from £27,976 to £32,510 depending on qualifications (SVQ, HNC). Training will be provided to use digital care systems; you’ll join a supportive team focused on compassionate care and safeguarding.

Pay: £27,976 unqualified - £29,036 with an SVQ or HNC - £32,510 with SVQ & HNC

As a children's residential support worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.
