Night Support Workers assist young people with specific needs to manage their tenancies and live independently in the community. Responsibilities include ensuring support continuity at night, maintaining safety, and collaborating with support teams/services.
For young people aged [age range], we are a dynamic, caring, Ofsted-registered team operating on a [number]-week rolling rota, involving night shifts of [hours], with no sleep-ins.
